We ordered (4) Quiche trays, (2) Cro'gel Sammie Trays, (3) Ham & Cheese Croissant Trays and (2) Baked Goods Trays. Everything was very good, but the quiches arrived very cold, not room temp. While the description says served cold, the temperature was even colder than expected, so there was a lot of explaining on our end to guests that quiches were OK to consume.
