Our order arrived an hour late. The GM from Freebirds was very good at communicating with me. He called to let me know the driver was there and the food was ready but the driver would not take it because he got notice that the order was canceled. We DID NOT cancel the order so this caused mass confusion. Ezcater was not really sure what happened and wanted me to go pick up the order. I was not in the office so this was not possible. In the meantime, I had 3 training classes waiting on this order so this put all 3 classes behind and messed up everyone's schedule.
