2 stars for accommodating a last minute order. 1 star for packaging and I asked for chicken on the side of 2 dishes and didn't receive the chicken at all. No serving utensils - 10 flimsy trays not in bags of any sort. Driver did fine with what they had to work with so I don't blame them. If you are going to cater have bags or boxes your trays can go in at the least.
