3.5 because everything was set up and ready to go but we weren't provided serving utensils. Just staring at the food. The gentleman said everyone he delivers to "provides their own". We don't keep serving utensils in the boardroom and have no plans to. The only time I haven't received serving utensils is if they were accidently forgotten. The menu doesn't disclose that nor is there an option to add them for an extra charge. Providing a small catered lunch $500+ food and no way to serve it .... Seems like oversight.

Always on time and very fresh. I had a good amount of food for the cost, and everyone loved it.
