DISAPPOINTED, EMBARSSED, MISSING ITEMS - I’m writing regarding my first catering order with Fishbone’s. I chose your restaurant to introduce Fishbone’s to a small group of 15 employees, so I was especially disappointed when the order arrived incomplete. The potatoes and vegetables that were supposed to accompany the pan of grilled chicken ($100) and salmon ($150) were missing. This left me in an embarrassing position when serving the group and made the experience very disappointing. We have more than 800 employees at our location, and I had hoped this first order would be an opportunity to introduce Fishbone’s as a potential option for future meals and events. Unfortunately, the missing items left a poor first impression. Ez Cater gave me a $50 credit (NOT FISHBONE'S).
