Caterer said they double booked and asked for an earlier delivery time, which I rejected due to having another appointment prior. They would charge a 25% cancellation fee so I couldn’t choose another caterer that had availability to be on time with my budget. Since I selected rejected, I assumed my 11:30am delivery would be at that time, boy was I wrong. The caterer showed up at 11:10am and delivered the food. By time I arrived all the doctors and staff had already taken their food and I was unable to meet with them. I explained this to the caterer, but they ignored it and I wasted over $500 on a lunch appointment.

Food was delivered on time. However it wasn’t set up like it usually is.

The rotisserie chicken was delicious. Like the variety of salsa. Several came back just for the "green" sauce. Set up was appreciated.
