Not happy today. Ordered for 40 people & the portion size on sides only fed 1/2 my group. Great quality of food but when I order for 40 I need to feed 40 & this wasn’t cheap. I had to order pizzas in a pinch last minute to supplement.

the best BBQ! love the brisket and cornbread especially. So much food, plenty for everyone

Food was great as always, but portion sizes for sides were very questionable. For a catering package meant to feed 12, I would assume they would feed a few people each, not just give a serving and a half of each side ordered.
