Horrible Experience for this order/location of Fired Pie. EzCater did a great job of communication with me. My order was confirmed and reconfirmed with Fired Pie, got a text saying my order would be delivered as usual on the day of as well. 11 am came and went for my delivery time, I called Fired Pie directly and staff stated they found out about my order 5 minutes before I called, so miscommunication on their part (although my order was confirmed and reconfirmed 2 days prior). So I had 25 pretty upset people that I had no lunch for. North Phoenix was the affected area. I’ve ordered several times from other locations and had zero issues so this was a one off, but still definitely not ok.

The food was good, but the restaurant was 45 minutes late and the office staff had to wait to eat.
