This was the most disappointing and embarrassing lunch I have had to serve in 25 years as a rep. The food was late, but the real issue is how awful and limited the food was. The beans were runny, the chicken and rice had almost no chicken and the pork was plentiful, but very unappetizing to look at. They brought no plates, silverware or knapkins. The price was extremely high for what we got.

Huge portions and delicious food. Always a team fave. Order did arrive 1 hour late and delivery did not have a way to bring food to office. Had to make multiple trips.

Everything we have ever ordered has been spectacular! This time we tried the picadillo. It was super yummy!! In addition to the delicious flavor, the ordered is always packaged well and they have paid attention to any special requests! Delivery is professional and always friendly. Definitely need to order from here!

The food was incredible! Ordered the Arroz Con Pollo. The sides were salad, plantains and black beans. Everything was over the top delicious!!!! So why only 4 stars…The order came 1 hour early. It was ordered for 130pm and delivered at 1230pm (on a bright sunny Tuesday - no excuse that they left early for traffic or weather). As a result, everything was cold when we got the opportunity to eat. Additionally, when the driver got lost, she called and I gave her detailed instructions and said I would meet her outside to make it easier for her. I waited 25 minutes. I called back to the number she had called from and was told she had gotten into the building and already delivered the order. When I asked her why she didn’t let me know, she hung up on me. I also requested serving utensils but never received any. This made it challenging to serve the food from the main pan to our individual plates. Food yummy - service - sucky!
