Milk foam cakes were a new kind of treat and most of the flavors were a hit. The salted caramel was not as it tasted as though there was more salt than actual caramel and it was a very strong salty taste. We will skip the salted caramel next time but the teams enjoyed the other flavors.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Feng Cha! I hit a snag trying to get to the delivery page, but the live chat support was incredibly responsive—the agent called and confirmed they could label each drink with our guests’ names and made everything easy. They also kindly made a one-time exception to accommodate our 24-person headcount, which meant a lot and helped our event run smoothly. The drinks were a huge hit, everything arrived secure with zero leakage, and the quality was fantastic. The only tiny hiccup was that we were two straws short, but overall, this was excellent service and I’d happily order again.
