Ordered Chicken Fajitas. The guests loved this dish - the meat is so well cooked that I wish I would have ordered more. Will order again. Would have liked to see covers on the tortilla sheet container.

First time ordering the catering style fajitas and they were so good. ordered steak and chicken and both were so flavorful. The churros were a hit!

This was my first time ordering from Rosie's - and it was amazing. It was for a party of 30 but about 50 people showed up and there was still enough food for everybody. Almost every single person came up to me and said it was the a) best catering food they had ever had and b) it was the best Mexican food they had ever had. Fat Rosie's made big fans last night - I think they'll be getting a few follow-up in-restaurant and catering business. If there was one piece of feedback - the way the quesadillas were packaged. I don't think they were allowed to cool enough - so they all stuck together in the pan. It would have been good to separate them with parchment paper. But still - everybody still loved them - they were just too difficult to pull apart.
