The order was an hour late. The restaurant blamed ezCater but ezCater informed me the restaurant did not fulfill their end of booking a delivery person. They had an employee try to deliver, she couldn’t find it so she left the food in some random lobby in the wrong building. I don’t blame her at all. Her manager told her to leave it and come back to the restaurant. Neither the delivery person or the restaurant answered my calls as I walked the hospital looking for the delivery person. I have been a rep ordering food for offices for over 15 years and this restaurant has been the most unprofessional group I’ve ever encountered.

Wonderful option for a healthy snack, delivery was right on time. Everyone enjoyed it.

We had a few issues with this order - one of the cold bowls was delivered in a bag with hot oatmeal, so it was mostly melted once it arrived. We also didn't receive 2 of the oatmeal bowls we ordered. Ezcater tried to reach out to them to have them delivered but none of their stores were answering the phone. I also tried to call the one closest to our office and received no answer. I ended up taking a credit from ezcater, but would have rather had the complete order. One of the biggest issues is that the bowls we ordered were not labled with what they were. Not only was this an issue due to having to open them to figure it out, but I also had to determine which ones had modifications. Please label these in the future - would be a HUGE help!

This was my first time placing an order with Farm Bowl. I was happy that all 25 Acai Bowls was still cold and had not melted before delivery.
