At the time the food was meant to be delivered the food wasn’t even ready at the restaurant to be picked up. There were also mistakes with the order, and the salads were gritty, as though they hadn’t been properly washed.

We placed a large event order with this location and were highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism. First, our critical request to label gluten-free items for dietary safety was entirely ignored. Second, requested add-ons (rice) was omitted. Third, the delivery was 30 minutes late, causing us to miss our scheduled lunch window before our event. Finally, the driver conduct was unprofessional, he grabbed the receipt out of my hand and handed it to my colleague which she handed back to me as I was the one that coordinated the event. The restaurant ignored our inquiries. We will not utilize this location for future orders.
