The food was delicious and the delivery driver set everything up for us, he even noticed we were missing an item and ensured it arrived as quickly as possible. Everyone at the office was so impressed with the food, we will definitely be ordering again soon!

This is the second time I have ordered from Falafel 54, our team loves the food. The major problem I have is I have had the same driver both times, the first time she left the food at the front desk when I requested a setup. This time, she tried to do it again. When I asked her to set it up, she said I can but I have another delivery to get to. I explained the problem I had with the first order, she said she had to wait 20 minutes for me which was not true. She was extremely argumentative, she talked over me and pointed her finger at me. This is completely unprofessional, I would have to be guaranteed another driver to consider ordering from her again. This was a really bad experience.

Everyone loved the food but because the order was running late the driver just left everything at the front desk. I had a second order with them, it's very unfortunate that I had trouble with the driver because my group really like the food. The driver was completely rude, she tried to leave the food at the front desk again. I asked if she was going to set it up and she said she had another delivery. I brought up the last order and she blamed me for not being down to the lobby in time. She was very argumentative, she talked over me and because of this, I will not be ordering from here again. They would have to guarantee another driver at this point.
