We received notice that a few items would require substitutions, which was completely understandable. However, when the order arrived, several meals were either missing items or incorrect. While everyone agreed the food was good, there was some disappointment that people did not receive what they had ordered.

Food was delicious as always. We usually have a great experience witth their quality of food.

The order was delivered late and initially when it was delivered we discovered that they forgot the third bag which had the rest of the food/drinks but it was delivered later on. We requested for utensils but it wasn't provided unfortunately.

The food was excellent, and everyone at the office enjoyed it. However, the downside was that it arrived 45 minutes late, and the delivery driver had the food upside down, causing it to spill all over the box. Despite this, we will definitely order from them again. I hope they can address the delivery issue and include a sign on the box indicating which way the food should be facing to prevent spills.
