First time ordering from Essen and it was a great experience. Delivery was early but seamless and set up was done without even having to ask.

After the breakfast that day arrived late, the lunch came early. Since it was just sandwiches, this was fine. Would rather a little early than too late. Essen's food is always a good crowd pleaser. Overall I am happy with them.

I usually love Essen. Although the food was good, it arrived 30 minutes late which meant the team didn't eat breakfast until there was a mid morning break in the meeting. By then, it wasn't as fresh. Also, there wasn't enough serving utensils brought. Luckily the space we used for the meeting had some extra laying around.
