The food was good However, I specifically stated that the delivery person is required to have a photo ID so they can get access to our floor and setup the food. They did not have an ID and could not get access to our floor to setup after we had paid a large tip. Very disappointing

Food was delicious, although arrived about 20 minutes after scheduled. Everything was packaged super well, and the delivery courier helped me to set it up which helped a ton. Great food will order again.

First time ordering from here and I can say the food is really yummy, the pasta salads were delicious and went super fast because everyone loved it, and we'll definitely be ordering from Essen again. They also helped set up which was wonderful because we were so busy, and the team was so nice and helpful. Great all around!
