I was sad to see that they forgot to put their amazing Epic sauce(which always comes on the side) in the boxes of all 39 burgers I ordered and also some other details were missed. I have ordered from them before and had excellent service . I am sure it was just a fluke. The burgers are really delicious overall.

We did a group order. The food arrived cold, and eventhough a few people selected potato salad as a side, everyone received chips.
