This is our second time ordering from Epic and it was a smash! All our food arrived hot and fresh and delivery was so smooth. Our delivery person, John, was so kind and communicated each step of the way! It was obvious that he cared about everything being the highest quality and care. I WILL absolutely order again!

While the manager who delivered the food was nice, the overall experience wasn't what we expected. The restaurant didn't have enough chips to accommodate all of our boxed lunches, some of the burgers did not have meat on them, the chips that we did receive were expired with a date of December 2025. This was our employee appreciation lunch we expected better.
