When I arrived to pick up my order, I let them know I was there for eight pizzas. I was asked to pull up my receipt, which took a moment, but I also provided my name. At that point, I was told they only had six pizzas for me. Once I located my receipt and showed it to them, they acknowledged the error and prepared the two missing pizzas. However, while those were being made, the rest of the order sat on the warming shelf, which was frustrating. I tried to stay patient, but the experience was stressful—especially given the time-sensitive nature of the event. We eventually received the full order and I made it back to the office. I do appreciate that ezCater reimbursed me for the order, which I wasn’t expecting and was very grateful for. The pizza itself was good once reheated, but the pick-up experience created unnecessary stress for what should have been a straightforward process. I would likely order again, but I would be hesitant and may wait a while before doing so.

Everyone loves the pizza! The Notorious PIG is the premiere choice, along with Pepperoni and the Doug E Fresh. The option for a gluten free pizza is great for several folks here.

Food was delivered on time! Our driver got lost and sort of yelled at me for getting lost but other then that the food was good!
