The 'build your own' fajita's has quite a bit of peppers in with the meat, i would say probably more peppers than there was meat, but the flavor was very good. Rice, Queso and salsa were also very good.

The staff loved it and there was more than enough food!! They also were able to accommodate my vegetarians with a simple note. I will definitely use them again!!!
