The food (tacos, enchilada plates and 2 taco salads) were delivered on time and set up for us. I will say that everything went well, but the food was not in individual packaging but they provided everything for the meal except the serving utensils. I asked the delivery driver if they brought those, and she said yes, they were in the bag, but they were not. Thankfully, the hotel we were meeting at had serving utensils, and they let us borrow them. I would not hesitate to order from El Chico again, but will be prepared next time.

Food was good. Only 1 bag of chips with 2 large cheese dips. Ordered all Chicken Fajitas and had combo fajitas delivered.

Ice, plasticware, plates were accidentally left off. Not only that, fajita meat was gone after half the line went through. BUT the owner/manager fixed the problem and was very kind when doing so. I highly recommend going directly through the restaurant for a better experience. Food was late but it was also ordered very late by me because I completely forgot I had signed in for lunch. So I can't fault the restaurant for that.
