Everyone enjoyed the breakfast selections catered and supplied by Eggy's Diner -- thank you for having chicken sausage available. For what it is worth, I believe many customers would also appreciate it if Eggy's Diner could offer 1 to 2 hot and/or cold FULLY VEGAN breakfast options for catering orders (i.e., a warm tofu scramble wrap with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and vegan cheese or humus; even an avocado, sweet potato and arugula toast with a plant-based sausage grumble). Nevertheless, I would definitely look up Eggy's Diner the next time I am visiting Chicago and hosting an executive breakfast meeting near The Loop. Thank you!
