The driver was very kind and I could tell she had a predicament because she had another delivery at nine, but the office did not open until nine and she was 25 minutes early. She contacted ezCater and they told her to wait until 845. She waited until 838 and left the food on the front steps of the office. It’s a challenge when the Driver shows up 20 to 30 minutes early and the office is not expecting them. Please be mindful to schedule drivers with without such a tight window assuming that they will be able to deliver food early is not an option.

Food was great as always, for delivery I specifically request the caterer call me before entering the office bc I am usually waiting and need staff to sign in before they eat. This caterer did not do that and I hope she will read the instructions in the future. She was very nice and professional otherwise.

The food tastes excellent, highly recommend! Last time they cut the breakfast burritos, I prefer the burritos cut in half.
