There was an unfortunate mix up with this order but the darling rep at EZCater rectified the issue within 10 minutes for us. I was skeptical of this service; they are new vendor with our Health Care system. The excellent customer service provided today has changed my opinion to all positive. Thank you!

the food is always good I just wish they had a dedicated person for the deliveries with a large enough cart to bring up the food. Although the new little young lady we had yesterday did a great job with calling for us to bring a cart down, loading it and set up for the meeting we did it as team
