My delivery driver, Jeff, called to give me an ETA and confirm delivery location. He and his son met me and loaded up my cart. Since there was a lot of food and I had a small cart, I had to make two trips. I learned after bringing my food upstairs that the building now required deliveries to the loading dock. I called Jeff and without any further, he asked where he should go. Both he and his son were so kind and helpful. My team really likes their bagels, and the fresh OJ is out of this world. Eastside Bagels is a gem!
