I’ve ordered from Earls of Sandwich at least 5 times and they consistently deliver great food, on time, and well proportioned.

I picked this restaurant because of their reliability rating on this site. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. They were almost 45 minutes late getting to me and that made me late to my event where I was bringing the lunch. I finally heard from them and they had someone call out so they were running behind. Had they called me to let me know, I may have been able to work something out, but it was only after I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and reached out to ezCater that I heard from them. By the time they got to me and I got to my even, the sandwiches were soggy and the one I ate had very little meat on it. It was not a great experience so I will not be ordering from them again.
