We ordered the short rib pasta, and while the flavor was generally fine, the dish contained several unidentified black particles that made our guests uncomfortable and unwilling to eat it. When we raised the issue, we received two different explanations. First, we were told the particles were harmless fragments of wheat bran or dark wheat kernels. Later, we were told they were actually charred minced onions used in the tomato sauce. The inconsistent explanations suggest that something clearly went wrong during preparation, yet no responsibility was acknowledged and no satisfactory resolution was offered. The lack of accountability and professionalism in handling a legitimate food quality concern was disappointing. While mistakes can happen, transparency and customer service matter just as much as the food itself.

Pasta was al dente and fun shapes. We really enjoyed the variety of pasta that we got.

Always a winner, we have converted everyone in the office to focaccia doubters to focaccia enthusiasts with just a few catered events. Food delivered very hot and fresh, always happy to order from Due' Cucina.
