The issue was. This was a huge order. The boxes should've been in heavier containers. We had 70 boxes. the boxes on the bottom were caved in from the top boxes leaving the bottom boxes smashed and open. The presentation not good. Next time PLEASE serve meals in a secure plastic container with lids instead of weak styrofoam boxes for large orders.

Food was delicious and my guests enjoyed it. My only complaint would be the sterofoam take out containers the meals were placed in. One of them leaked and made a mess.

Dua is always a hit with every group. The food is absolutely delicious and the delivery driver was great. My only complaint would be that the boxes used for individual boxed lunches were flimsy and didn't hold up that well. I was expecting a nicer box from such a great restaurant.

food was great. Though drinks were spilled all over the bag and to the food. Wish ezcater can train drivers they hire to be more careful in the future
