I wanted to share feedback on my recent order, as I was disappointed with the experience. Some donuts shifted in the boxes, and several labels came off and stuck to the donuts, making it hard to identify flavors. I had also requested an assorted selection, but most appeared to be sugared, with limited variety compared to what was advertised. Additionally, I ordered 150 donuts for 40 people, and we had a significant amount left over (around 90). Feedback suggested the assortment did not fully appeal to the group, which is unusual given they typically enjoy sweets. Overall, the order did not meet expectations, and I would be unlikely to order again.

Loved the donuts. I got the letters package and it was messed up and didn’t have the letters. I know this was the drivers fault.

I'm disappointed. All the donuts were shifted in the box, so we didn’t know which was which. I asked for assorted and they only provided sugared ones. I would have loved the powder, chocolate or more of a variety. I loved the concept and that it came in a huge pizza box.
