The delivery came 20 minutes late, which interrupted our meeting time. Loading dock instructions were provided, but the driver did not follow them so the drop off took an additional 8-10 min. Did not provide any plates, napkins, or utensils when it was checked off for the order. We ordered sandwiches and they were ok/decent.
