The food was good but they seemed very confused by the order. They seemed to treat it as a large takeout order rather than catering. For instance, with the catering size salad that serves like 10 ppl, they only sent 5 tiny/individual servings of dressing(like 2tbs. Each). Then when I asked for serving pieces, they handed me 4 plates when I had ordered enough food for 24 people. I asked for ice for the tea- ordered 3 gallons. They said they had nothing to put ice in. I had to ask for cups. They gave me no serving pieces (tongs) until I asked specifically for it. The cheese dip they gave me was for a large order off the regular menu, not the catering menu which should’ve been a quart. They were altogether unprepared and made me late for meeting. However, I’m glad I did pick up instead of delivery or I would’ve been short/without several vital items. The food was fine but the staff needs to be taught the difference between a catering order and a take out order.
