The food was good, however the delivery was extremely unprofessional. They use RELAY which is a third-party delivery service that I have never found to be reliable. The Relay drivers were not given the delivery instructions so were confused and thus became belligerent, refusing to come up to our office. I was talking to six different people PLUS the Relay help line. For our office orders, it's usually one deliverer, maybe two maximum but they sent SIX delivery men. Then they asked us for more of a tip which I found extremely unprofessional, especially after the way they spoke to me. EZCater needs to have a filter button to make sure businesses DO NOT deliver via Relay.

The food itself was great, however half the individual bowls were labeled and the other half were not. In addition the order was almost an hour late. When I was inquiring on the delay it appeared that the original driver could not hold the capacity for the entire order, so the order was split between two drivers. Both were late. Also one of the drivers was delivering to the wrong building and unfortunately did not speak English so it was hard to communicate.

Food was delicious and everyone loved it in the office. The portions were much bigger than other places I've ordered from.
