Everyone love the variety I ordered. We have 1 vegan in our group and they enjoyed it too. Mojo Chicken (a little dry to some), Churrasco w/ Chimichurri (perfectly med rare!), Acorn Squash, Garlic-Chipotle Mashed Potatoes, Quinoa-Bean Entree, Strawberry-Beet Salad, Arroz Rojo, Sauteed Vegetables, Chocolate Alfajores (big hit). I assumed because I ordered family style entrees, the items would come in trays but they were in pre-portioned individual containers so I had to put them on serving plates. I want to try their emapanadas, but wish they had a vegan version too, and they offer empanadas portions for 10 instead of 25 ppl.
