I dabble in competition BBQ (15-20 competitions/yr). I typically do not eat other people BBQ. BUT... This is the best BBQ in San Antonio that I have tried (other than mine). And my staff enjoyed one of the items even more than mine.

Some of the best BBQ ever! Arrived on time and hot. Brisket was so tender it was falling apart with a fork. The sausage had great flavor and wasn’t greasy. The cream corn was to die for, all the sides were very generous quantity. Now the desserts…. My customers were raving about all of them! Banana pudding, pecan cobbler were top favorites.

Once again, there were NO serving utensils delivered with the meal. Both the unsweet tea and sweetened tea tasted spoiled and old. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
