The office loved the food. It was well packaged and set up with all the utensils and plates needed for the order. The order was on time and everyone loved the food.

This was put first time ordering from Dawn. Everybody loved their food, especially the pancakes!

So following up on my last review the restaurant manager reached out and made amends. I deeply appreciated it and also tried to have EZCater update the review to reflect that. We had issues with the order being ready and making it together this time as well however everyone raved about how delicious the biscuit sandwiches were and my vegan and GF folks were also taken care of which I really appreciated. We did both styles of grit as well for sides.

I'll start with the good, some of the dishes are original and it looked nice. That's about it, we had oversalted dry chicken, the order was missing massive amounts of my food and I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get them to re deliver when it turned out they never even made the food and wouldn't attempt to do so. On top of it, I was told in no uncertain terms they could bring my allergen order because they do not do "off the menu". That's fine, I ordered over 150 dollars of allergen and vegan food from UberEats only for them to have sent a package of vegan food after telling me they would not thus costing me even more money. I also didn't even get to eat a full plate because I had to cut portions to make up for all the missing food. Price point wise there are other places that will cater with equal or better food so I will not be doing this again. It's unfortunate because people were excited all week about this meal.
