The worst experience ever! They accepted the order and the food never came. THE RESTAURANT ACCEPTED THE ORDER AND FORGOT ABOUT IT ON THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY. When I called them, they kept confirming from me the details of the order, and then they never got back to me. This was my first attempt at ordering from this restaurant and I am supremely disappointed. I had an event and was utterly embarrassed to let everyone know that there is no food! I will not recommend anyone to order from this restaurant at all!

The food was excellent, but there were a few problems with the order. First, Darbar doesn't include naan with the meals, nor does it offer it a la carte on their menu. It feels like something is missing without naan! Second, the restaurant didn't really use the functionality of the EZ Cater site. We didn't get a notification the day before reconfirming the order, and we didn't get a text that the food was on its way. Then the delivery was late, and I had to contact EZ Cater to find out if we were really getting our food. As someone who orders a lot of catering, I love being able to check the site to know that my orders are in process.

I order Indian food for my office pretty frequently and this is the absolute best we have found. Everyone raved about it and said if I ordered again tomorrow no one would complain.
