We ordered the Roman Holiday, Porcini Ravioli, Garden Grilled Veggies, Brussels Slaw, Stuffed Vegan Peppers and a cookies and brownie assortment for 40 people. The salad wad definitely not enough (just two bowls) for 40 people. Everything tasted very good.

We ordered (40) Norwegian, (40) Chix Tarragon, (65) Grilled Veggies, (65) Mashers, (65) Kale Salad, (12) Acorn Squash, (30) Ancient Grains Salad for a 65 person internal lunch. Everything was consumed and they really appreciate the healthy options and presentation. Everything was very colorful!
