First time using Daddy D’s and I was very impressed! They did a wonderful job and sent lots of great food. Everyone loved it. I will definitely use them again.

I learned a valuable lesson yesterday. Just because you receive an email from ezcater stating the order has been accepted by the restaurant, do not assume it has been. Especially if you are using the restaurant for the first time. I had received all the standard texts and email messages stating everything was due to be delivered by 11:45. When it has not arrived by 12:00, I called the restaurant and they said they did not have the order. I called ezcater and they worked with me and the restaurant to locate the order; however, it was an hour and a half late. Daddy's Ds did everything they could to make it right - the owner called me twice to apologize and the restaurant sent extra food. The food was good and was what I ordered. I will use them again but lesson learned is call the restaurant in advance.
