met delivery driver in front of the building-she pulled the food out of a dirty trunk and their weren't any bags protecting it at all. The salad was room temperature and the canolis were not cold at all. The pasta was warm at best. For this type of cost, there should be insulated bags this stuff is transported in and kept out of a dirty trunk of a car.
