This order was never delivered, and no communication was provided to explain the reason for the failure. I personally called the store multiple times, and both EZ Cater and I attempted to reach them by phone and SMS without any response. As a result, 40 people at a hospital were left without lunch. This was an extremely disappointing experience and a significant lapse in customer service. I am very dissatisfied with how this was handled.

This was probably the worst catered meal I have ever done. Sandwiches has very little pulled pork or chicken, a very small dab of bbq sauce. Mac and cheese was less than impressive.

Wasn't the best bbq we've had, but it was eaten. The pulled pork got gone but the pulled chicken, we actually had some left over.
