The food is six stars - I'm a big fan of their flavors, quality, and prices. However, this was my first time doing a catering order and they showed up 41 minutes late with no explanation for why. I tried calling them numerous times, but no one would pick up. EZ Cater also tried calling them and no one would pick up. Eventually the regional manager called me and apologized, but she also did not know why the order was delivered so late. EZ Cater was able to provide 20% off our order for the inconvenience. I still encourage anyone & everyone to check out Craft's on 7th for a lunch break spot because the food is honestly so good, but be wary of catering with them. I thought a half hour cushion would be plenty for our event... nope.
