I understand the driver was caught in traffic, and I don’t know what the experience looks like from his side with EZ Cater. My only critique in this delivery was that it was marked delivered AND completed before the driver was at the loading dock. This caused a lot of confusion and stress for me when trying to coordinate lunch during a full meeting day with out of town guests. The food was great and the delivery driver very kind. Had I simply been notified earlier of an accurate ETA or had the ability to call the driver to understand the immediate situation this stress would have been alleviated.

Great, showed up on time, only frustration is that breakfast meats are only pork, would prefer to have some turkey/chicken sausage or bacon options for our diverse teams.

Amazing breakfast sandwiches. Everyone raved about the hash browns and homemade ketchup (thank you for having a large container of it!). We will definitely be ordering again.
