HORRIBLE. I placed an order the day before but it got close to delivery and never heard anything. I called the restaurant directly and they told me that they wouldn’t get to it in time. It was an hour late and was never delivered. I had to send someone to pick it up. I will not be ordering here again.

Cottage Inn was on time and the pizza was hot and delicious. I will be using them again. The team was happy!

Majority of the pizza boxes were smashed and all the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box - I was extremely upset by this. There seemed to be no little plastic table in the pizza to stop it from smashing the pizza. The presentation of the meal was ruined and most of the pizzas did not look appetizing. I have pictures with the date and time stamp to match the delivery drop off details if needed to prove the legitimacy.
