I don't have any concerns about the food or the presentation itself. However, I was disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery driver repeatedly called me, even though I had already provided detailed instructions about where I would be. He informed me that he was unable to park and asked me to come outside to pick up the food. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of giving a tour of the building to approximately 40 people, so leaving was not an option. I understand that deliveries can sometimes be challenging, but I felt the communication and expectations were unprofessional and disrespectful given the circumstances and the instructions that had been provided in advance.

Love the food/ Wish the pans were sturdy/ better quality, they will drop very easy if not hold/ moving with both hands supporting the pans. The red beans and rice are always a hit. The catfish is great with tartar sauce. The sweet potatoes are the BEST! The Shrimp etouffee did not have enough sauce/ gravy. It was on top of a bed of rice with very little gravy. Maybe need to request extra gravy on the side.

The Catering Manager went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. He came in person due to my large order. He even went above and beyond, and left his hotboxes with us, so that we could easily transport all of our food. Thank you so much for your great service and professionalism. You definitely have a returning customer.

The food was delicious and the portions were great for our office group. Everything came well packaged and was easy to serve. Our team enjoyed the variety and we would definitely consider ordering again.
