EZ cater was great in helping with this order, we had last minute add ons. The food itself was not entirely outstanding for the cost. We had some that stated the vegetables tasted scorched and the bowtie pasta was a little over cooked for some. We have ordered from Copeland's for other events and it was fantastic - but this order fell under that mark by a lot.

The food overall was really good and everyone enjoyed it, with one exception — the chicken was extremely salty according to several guests. One of the dessert trays also arrived a bit messy, as some of the iced items had tipped over and were unfortunately too difficult to serve. There was also some confusion with the delivery. The driver pulled into our parking lot right at the scheduled time, but shortly after I received a call from the restaurant saying there had been a “snag” and that delivery would be about 30 minutes late. When the driver eventually arrived, she mentioned putting in the wrong address, although we had already seen the van earlier. Despite those issues, we would order again — we would just plan for a much earlier delivery time to avoid any delays.

Amazing customer service when issues arose with delivery. Hailey was a huge help to fix a minor issue. Food was great as usual.
