The food was excellent! The delivery experience was not good. I requested an 11:30 am delivery with set up in a conference room. At 10:50 am I received a call that told me my food had been left on a table in the main lobby. I asked if he was going to help set up and he said he had already left and he was too busy today. Since this was my very first experience using EZcater I wasn't very happy. I reached out to customer service and got an immediate response and some credit for the order, which was appreciated. I set up the lunch and everyone thought the food was very good.

Food was excellent, as usual. Delivery was smooth and on time. They forgot to send stir sticks... that was a bummer. And the delivery person did not help set up, which I requested. But that's ok.
