Unfortunately, if you order delivery using EzCaterfrom Columbia they don't provide sternos to keep the food warm which was disappointing. It wasn't an option on their website. I would rather pick-up the food next time so that they can provide the sternos like they normally do. EZ Cater do not provide them.
