The service is phenomenal. I typically have a wonderful food experience as well. Unfortunately this time it didn't hit the mark. The oatmeal bar, that I've ordered in the past, came in a metal tray that was hot and ready to scoop and pile on with toppings. This time, they came in individual containers, and uncooked. so i had to scramble to get hot water and fill them up to seep prior to my meeting starting.
