Our organization selected Cocola for a high-profile reception and submitted the request one week in advance. Given the importance of the event, we proactively communicated with the team several times by both email and phone to ensure all details were understood and properly executed. Unfortunately, the order delivered did not meet expectations. Several items were missing, and the overall quality of the food and presentation fell short of what was represented and what was appropriate for the occasion. While the delivery service ultimately provided a partial refund after we reported the issues to them and Cocola, the inconvenience and impact on our event could not be undone. For an event where guests' experience and presentation were paramount, the shortcomings of this order created an avoidable and disappointing situation. Based on this experience, we would not feel confident using Cocola for future catering needs.

Fresh, high-quality pastries with excellent presentation and flavor. The croissants were flaky and buttery, and the assortment offered a nice variety for our group. A great option for office breakfasts and events. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
