The order was delivered & set up on time, the food was hot, delicious and plentiful! We ordered for 20 people and could have fed 30, at least, with what we received. It was great & our employees loved it. We will order again!

The food was good , there was plenty to go around - it was delivered on time, however part of our order was missing that was included in what we paid for, and when I called the restaurant, they originally blamed the driver " Claiming he didn't look" That was a big turn off to me, - Blaming the driver right off the bat, there was no I am sorry for the mistake , We will work to make this right, Instead I was told it was drivers fault for not looking. I then had to call EZ Carter directly to find out if my cost would be reflected upon not receiving the items or if they would the restaurant re-deliver - EZ carter did a wonderful job at making sure this was resolved and had them re-deliver what was missing. I am not happy with the fact they wanted to blame the delivery driver for not looking - They knew the order was placed and what all was supposed to be included, blaming the driver is not okay.

The food arrived on time, hot and ready to serve. It was delicious and everyone at the meeting enjoyed it!

Food was great but was not ready on time. Scheduled pickup for 11am, order finally ready at 11:20. Packaging was also inconvenient. Carried 12+ trays of food to car with no help from restaurant.
