The food was hot and fresh that need to be for the taco bar. The pan off lettuce was a little brown, not as fresh as it could have been. The delivery was about 5 minutes late, not too late but still late, and then the food still need to be set out which take time as well, so it would be good to get to the destination early so the food is set out as expected by the delivery time. The delivery person seemed new at this and an excuse for being even 5 minutes late doesn't matter, late is late. that is why the 4 star and not the 5 star this time. He was efficient however setting the food out. The reflection of late food set up is a reflection of me to that office not the food delivery person or the restaurant.

I am actually so sad at how disappointing my delivery was today. I have ordered from chubby’s many times because I do Lunches every day in my job. I could not believe how little chicken was delivered to feed 16 people. And one small foil pan of tortilla chips as if tortilla chips aren’t the cheapest thing they send. They sent us lettuce that was wilted and pink so clearly old. They did not send any plasticware, no plates, no cups or ice for the drinks I ordered and no serving utensils. I will not use this restaurant ever again. Getting a 10% discount for a future order does nothing for the experience my customers had today. Poor delivery service reflects poorly on me and my choices for catering. I’m only sharing so detailed so you don’t experience the same thing I did.
