The meals came way early. We ordered for noon and got the food without warmers (we did not purchase them because we were planning on the food being served right on time). Presentation was not very good. However, everyone was satisfied with the food. We did not have anything to serve the food with. We also did not get fortune cookies and only 15 sets of plasticware for a order for 30 people. The driver was underdressed for the service (tank top, sloppy).
