Chop House was an hour late and when I called EZ cater to help Chop House didn't answer the phone or nor did the delivery driver answer. When the food did finally arrive they were not apologetic at all. Very unprofessional. Said they would grab us more plates because they didn't bring enough for our group and then never came back.

Customer service was lacking. I felt like no assistance was made with the items ordered even though there was a clear mismatch of food and attendees.
